1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using cryptozyra.com (the "Site") or participating in the ZYRA token presale, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase $ZYRA.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase digital assets in your jurisdiction. The presale is not available to residents of restricted jurisdictions, including (without limitation) the United States, Canada, China, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and any country subject to comprehensive sanctions. You are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

3. Nature of $ZYRA

$ZYRA is a utility token intended to power the CryptoZyra Layer 1 network. $ZYRA is not a security, share, equity, or investment contract, and confers no ownership, profit, dividend, or governance rights in any company. Purchases are final and non-refundable.

4. Presale Mechanics

Token prices increase across stages as published on the Site. Allocations are credited to the wallet address used at purchase and become claimable per the published vesting schedule. The roadmap, supply, and timing may change without notice due to technical, legal, or market factors.

5. Risks

You acknowledge the risks of crypto-asset purchases, including total loss of capital, smart-contract failure, regulatory change, custodial loss, fraud, and extreme volatility. See the Risk Disclaimer for the full list.

6. No Advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Consult independent professionals before any purchase.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, hacking, scraping at scale, or any illegal activity. We may block, freeze, or refuse service for suspected violations.

8. Intellectual Property

All Site content, branding, logos, and code are owned by CryptoZyra or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without prior written permission, except where the smart-contract source is published under an open-source license.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and $ZYRA are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoZyra, its team, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of funds, profits, or data.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CryptoZyra and its team from any claim arising out of your use of the Site, your purchase of $ZYRA, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the BVI.
