$ZYRA is not offered, sold, or made available, directly or indirectly, to residents, citizens, or persons located in:

• The United States of America (including territories), Canada, China, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, and any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive UN, EU, UK, or OFAC sanctions.

By accessing the Site or purchasing $ZYRA you represent and warrant that you are not a Restricted Person and that your participation does not violate any law applicable to you.

The value of $ZYRA may decline to zero. Token prices are extremely volatile and may be affected by demand, liquidity, exchange listings, market sentiment, hacks, regulation, macroeconomic conditions, or events outside our control.

Crypto regulation is evolving globally. Future laws or enforcement actions may restrict, tax, freeze, prohibit, or reclassify $ZYRA — including retroactively. CryptoZyra may be required to suspend services, delist the token, restrict access, freeze wallets, or hand over data to authorities to comply with applicable law.

Smart contracts, bridges, RPC nodes, oracles, and infrastructure may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or be exploited despite audits and testing. Audits reduce but do not eliminate risk. Network forks, chain reorganisations, validator failures, or 51% attacks could result in loss of funds.

You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase. We cannot recover lost keys, reverse transactions, undo approvals, or restore funds sent to incorrect addresses or wrong networks. Approvals you grant to smart contracts may be exploited by malicious actors.

$ZYRA may have limited or no secondary market liquidity, especially before exchange listings. You may be unable to sell at a desired price, in your desired size, or at all. Market makers, liquidity providers, or exchanges may withdraw at any time.

We may be required to perform identity verification (KYC), source-of-funds checks, and sanctions screening before, during, or after your purchase. We may delay, refuse, reverse (where technically possible), or report any transaction we suspect involves money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, or any other unlawful activity.

Buying, holding, swapping, staking, or selling $ZYRA may have tax consequences in your jurisdiction (income tax, capital gains, VAT, withholding, reporting). You are solely responsible for determining and paying any tax owed. Consult a licensed tax professional.

Beware of scammers impersonating CryptoZyra, its team, moderators, or partners. We will never:

• DM you first on Telegram, Discord, X, or any other platform.
• Ask for your seed phrase, private keys, or wallet password.
• Request payment outside the official Site (cryptozyra.com).
• Promise guaranteed returns, airdrops in exchange for fees, or "doubling" services.

Always verify URLs and contract addresses from the official Site before transacting.

The CryptoZyra team, contributors, advisors, early backers, and treasury may hold $ZYRA and may buy or sell at any time, subject to applicable lock-ups disclosed in the Whitepaper. Their interests may differ from yours.

The Site integrates with third-party services (wallets, RPC providers, payment networks, analytics, KYC providers). We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, security, terms, or actions.

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including network outages, blockchain congestion, hard forks, hacks, government action, war, pandemic, or natural disaster.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoZyra, its affiliates, founders, employees, and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, tokens, data, or goodwill. You agree to indemnify and hold them harmless from any claim arising out of your purchase, use, or transfer of $ZYRA, or your breach of these disclosures or the Terms.

These disclosures are governed by the laws specified in our Terms of Service. Disputes are subject to the venue and dispute-resolution mechanism set out there.
